What is the right protein to buy? I can't afford to buy stuff I won't like. -
I had my surgery 3 and a half months ago. I have lost quite a bit of weight. The problem is is I am not getting in nearly enough protein and just about anything I eat I throw back up. I am under an immense amount of stress right now and I need all the physical and mental strength I can muster. Please give me any tips to get back on track since I feel totally out of control.
