  12. I'm only 6 days out and I'm not allowed to have meat yet, not even puréed. I'm on Protein shakes, yogurt, thinned not cereals, cottage cheese (which I'm told has too be mashed with a fork but I don't eat it anyway)and mashed potatoes.. I haven't attempted mashed potatoes yet. I thought puréed meat was around 15 days post op. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  16. I'm only 4 days post op but I'm going to assume it's gas. This was explained to me prior to bring the procedure. I had pain in my right shoulder 2 days out and I took mylicon gas drops. It has worked wonders. They're infant gas drops, I take 2 droppers full under the tongue every 4 hours. Also warm showers help. 20. Hello all, I had my surgery 10/18/16. Last night was my first night home and it was rough. Today has gone well. I'm managing the gas and I'm not using the pain meds as often as prescribed. My current struggle is getting down liquids. It's so difficult but I managed to get down 32 ounces today. I feel like I'm going to burst. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
