  1. Make sure you don't need new batteries... weigh in the mornings after going to the bathroom. Without clothes. Stay consistent with that pattern. I know you shouldn't weigh EVERY DAY but for some of us its hard. I often weigh myself at night and usually notice like a 1-2 lb difference from the morning weight. Also I will usually step on the scale at least twice to make sure the numbers are consistent. If you find that its different each time it may be time to get a new scale.< /p>
