    Stalled to long

Hi Sleevers, I pray we are all in good health and happy about our decision. I have lost 60 lbs since 9/21/17. I have been at a stall for several MONTHS... not weeks. I am starting to get anxious because I hope I have not hit my plateau. My goal weight is 140-145 and unable to to get a there. My job is so demanding, on the unit for 8-12 hours with very little intake non the less maintaining my water. I try to at least take in the protein shakes and a few cups of water but definately not enough. My workout has gone from 10-10 to 4-10[emoji26][emoji26][emoji26][emoji26][emoji26]. I am stressed and anxious and driving my husband crazy. Someone give me some encouraging word please. Start weight 212 present weight 152. Proud if myself but....!!!!!! Options plz

That is so helpful LittleLizzieLilliput...it gets frustrating at times when you realized the entire has past and you haven't eaten. Thank you
  5. Hi guys, I am 6 months out Gastric Sleeve I started at 210 and now 160. I am stalled for about 2 weeks but that's okay. I am losing inches. Food is so boring to me though. I have no real desire to eat...I do feel hunger on occasion. I am still doing my protein shakes due to this. I am nurse on my feet for 8-12 hrs daily. I try to be creative with meals I do make but again boring...desire for food gone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

4 days post op and confused

Good morning Jackie. It certainly will. Be extremely proud of yourself for making it through the 1st of the holiday season. Also for being conscious that this is only head hunger. I am 10.5 weeks out VGS and I revert back to stage 1 and 2 quite often because most times I am still not hungry. God bless you on your new life journey. You will do fantastic. Each time I step on it I want to throw it out the window. I am happy that there was weight loss in the 1st 2 1/2 weeks but now . Any suggestions plzzzzzz. Omg, thank you Hellya. I see my clothing doing the same thing. So yes, feel good about that. I guess I felt like the scale was the main indicator. Thank you thank you and thank you again. Sent from my LG-H631 using the BariatricPal App

    BABY ASPRIN!

Are you using it as a blood thinner? If so then I suggest that you refill. It is used to prevent clotting. Sent from my LG-H631 using the BariatricPal App

    Abdominal binders

I have started working out and was told that binders and waist shapers are great to use so you don't end up with loose skin. So was just looking for suggestions. So many products. Sent from my LG-H631 using the BariatricPal App
