Hi Sleevers, I pray we are all in good health and happy about our decision. I have lost 60 lbs since 9/21/17. I have been at a stall for several MONTHS... not weeks. I am starting to get anxious because I hope I have not hit my plateau. My goal weight is 140-145 and unable to to get a there. My job is so demanding, on the unit for 8-12 hours with very little intake non the less maintaining my Water. I try to at least take in the Protein Shakes and a few cups of water but definately not enough. My workout has gone from 10-10 to 4-10[emoji26][emoji26][emoji26][emoji26][emoji26]. I am stressed and anxious and driving my husband crazy. Someone give me some encouraging word please. Start weight 212 present weight 152. Proud of myself but....!!!!!!

That is so helpful LittleLizzieLilliput...it gets frustrating at times when you realized the entire has past and you haven't eaten. Thank you

Hi guys, I am 6 months out Gastric Sleeve
I started at 210 and now 160. I am stalled for about 2 weeks but that's okay. I am losing inches. food is so boring to me though. I have no real desire to eat...I do feel hunger on occasion. I am still doing my Protein Shakes due to this. I am nurse on my feet for 8-12 hrs daily. I try to be creative with meals I do make but again boring...desire for food gone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Good morning Jackie. It certainly will. Be extremely proud of yourself for making it through the 1st of the holiday season. Also for being conscious that this is only head hunger. I am 10.5 weeks out VGS and I revert back to stage 1 and 2 quite often because most times I am still not hungry. God bless you on your new life journey. You will do fantastic.

Omg, thank you Hellya. I see my clothing doing the same thing. So yes, feel good about that. I guess I felt like the scale was the main indicator. Thank you thank you and thank you again.

Thank you gemigirl. I felt as though I was doing something wrong. Try to smile but was so disappointed. I received my period shortly after surgery but it last longer than normal. Sometimes it feels better knowing it is not just you. Thank you again.I'm on the same timeframe as you and I'm totally stalled. I haven't had my period since 2 weeks before surgery so I'm very late - and I'm pretty sure that's what's causing my plateau. I've also started upping my calories and eating more frequently, and I'm already lifting those tiny little 3-5 lb weights. I'm sure we'll both be losing again soon!

Thank you suzzzzz. I am trying not to scale watch.Your body is healing and changing. Stalls happen. There will be many along the way. Let your body do what it needs to do and you do your part with meeting Protein and liquid goals. Excess frustration won't help you.

That is definitely an option. I have started light weights and a little strength training but no budge. Still trying...something will eventually jumpstart. Good luck to you also ????I'm only 7 days post op but maybe you can try a different exercise routine. If you normally do the treadmill try the stairmaster or elliptical. Also around week 6 weights should be ok.

I am 1month out of VGS surgery today. I am following what I need to be following and haven't lost a pound in about a week and 1/2. My scale seem has become my worst enemy. Each time I step on it I want to throw it out the window. I am happy that there was weight loss in the 1st 2 1/2 weeks but now . Any suggestions plzzzzzz.

Are you using it as a blood thinner? If so then I suggest that you refill. It is used to prevent clotting.

I have started working out and was told that binders and waist shapers are great to use so you don't end up with loose skin. So was just looking for suggestions. So many products.
