Oh I know them all too well!! You still may have your rough times, but you will get thru them. My recovery was great and so far no problems. I know I am lucky, as others have had some complications. Just follow your Dr's orders and you will get there!

That is awesome!! There are some that do phenomenal with the band, and that is great! It just wasn't a good fit for me either. I had a very hard time trying to get to that green zone and had problems with reflux every single night. I was sleeved on July 12, and am loving it. Wish I had done it sooner!!

I was sleeved on July 12 (band to sleeve revision) by Dr. Krause out of Beaumont. He did my original band, band repair, gall bladder removal, and now the sleeve revision. I can not say enough good things about him or the rest of the staff!

I also had my band in 08. Revision to sleeve July 12. I had to go thru the same requirements for insurance approval for the revision as I would have if it were an initial surgery. 6 months dr/nutritionist appts & psych eval. I also have bcbs (Michigan)

During liquids, you can only eat 2-4 Oz portions at a time. Not too much fat and carbs in such small amounts.

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. Anxiously awaiting delivery of my Aria scale! Hopefully will have it tomorrow so I can get it all set up and get my first weigh in on it before my surgery on Tuesday!

Mine are fully clothed. I normally take off any "extra" clothing or accessories, to keep it as close as possible to my at home nude weights.Do you have to get nude or in a gown for weight checks? I dont mind gowns, but Id rather not get fully nude, im too embaressed

These shakes are great, so far chocolate & banana my favorite. I just got vanilla to try because I read someone used the orange Mio flavor drops in it and it tasted like a Creamsicle!I love these shakes! chocolate is great, banana OK, strawberry tastes like what Play doh smells like and haven't tried vanilla because I'm not fond of the flavor to begin with.

My revision surgery is scheduled for July 12th. CAN NOT WAIT!!!

Very frustrating, but it will go by fast!! It will be here before you know it!My surgery got push back till September not sure the date. I had to have surgery on my ankle I feel better and can walk good but they want to wait. Ugh
