The time frame depends on so many things so don't worry about that to much, everything from when your surgeon has appointments to how long it takes your insurance to review your file can all make a difference. As long as you follow the nutrition class guidelines, you'll be fine and you'll be amazed at how much you lose. In order to maintain the weight loss after the fact it is definitely 70% diet, and 30% exercise so find things that you enjoy and stick with it. You got this!!! Best of luck to you.

When is your surgery? Don't feel bad, **** happens. Wake up tomorrow and start fresh, give yourself a game plan that you know works for you. The weight will start to come off, it could also be stress.

Congrats!!! The process is definitely annoying but so worth it! You're lucky your insurance only requires just a few diet classes. It varies from person to person. You'll do fine with the eval too, don't stress. I personally found it to be more useful after surgery, because you learn why you were eating the way you were before and learn how to control it which i needed. And it was nice because when i do need more help, i can always go back to that person if needed. Best of luck to you, you'll do great!

Do both. You deserve the tears and the backflip. Just be carefull when backflipping. You don't want to hurt yourself. You look absolutely beautiful. I see why people keep hating on you. Really? My boobs were the same size in that pic. In that post i was a size 6, now i'm a 4, but there's barely a difference. They still haven't moved. I honestly love my boobs so i might just do a lift. It's just annoying trying to buy clothes. I think the jumpsuit is just an optical illusion. My one year is coming up, it's actually on my bday 12/20. Depending on whether i lose more by then, i might post a before and after, not sure yet. The one reason why i want to keep them is because i've literally never had back pain issues. So we'll see.

Thanks for that! And actually since i posted this my friend accidentally did it again. So I tried something different. She was having a conversation about some guy she just met and naturally her weight insecurities came up, she seems to think that if a guy is interested in her, therefore he must have a big girl fetish. Long story short i said, stop thinking that way, he's interested in you for you, embrace it, it has nothing to do with your curves. She actually stopped and thought about what i just said like a deer in the headlights. But it clicked, and she wasn't offended. So hopefully going forward she realizes this.

Oh i'm totally having plastic surgery. I eat like a rabbit lol, so by the time i'm done i need to look like a porn star. I definitely plan on getting my butt done to match my curves, not sure if i will do something about my boobs. I'm all for it!!

Nope. Spanx makes me feel like i can't breath. You can still see my stomach a little bit in the pics, that line is my baby muffin top that i'm trying to get rid of lol....one day.

NSV: so i randomly went jean shopping and the size 4 actually fit, and really fit. I thought i was going to have to squeeze into them for dear life lol. I've been fat my whole life so this is new to me. The fact that i'm actually a small still blows my mind, but yet the scale still says im overweight smh. I'm still going to view this as a victory.

Congrats on your progress!!! Have you tried simply be for bras? They have the cutest bras ever and they have them in your size. I used to be a j cup.

I don't want it to be huge and gross like kim kardashian, but i would hate to look like a 12 year old boy lol. I need some curves so i will definitely buy one just so i can have a nice hour glass shape.

How long was your recovery time? Did they do a lift also?

Yeah that's definitely my family too. Everyone in my family has large breasts too, ranging from FF -J cups. Some had breast reductions but due to back pain. They were all also smaller in frame. I haven't talked to them about it, maybe i should.

Thank you. It's just so hard finding winter coats and things like that, that actually zip up all the way. But i think i would miss them if i got rid of them too.

So now that i'm closer to my goal, i'm looking into possibly having some work done so i can feel great about myself. I'm definitely buying a bigger butt. But i'm debating on whether or not i should get a breast reduction too. I'm not having pains or anything that would require me to get one. And i'm conflicted because i'm glad they're still intact post op. The reason why i'm actually considering it is because of buying clothes, my waist is a small, but my chest is definitely a large, so it makes buying anything with a button or a zipper a challenge. I'm also afraid that if i do get a reduction then my stomach will become more noticeable. Below are my before and after photos. What do you suggest i do? (Obviously the two photos on the left are my before pics and the jumpsuit is my after)
