Hi Jersey girl, How are you. I am sorry I havent been intouch. I was just thinking of you and thought I would send a text.

How have you been doing since your surgery? Have you had a fill?

I have been doing well. down to 215 . My weight has been slow but steady. I am trying to exercise more now...hoping that will help.

I may call Dr Strom's office soon for my second fill.

I hope you have been enjoying the beautiful weather.

I am so sorry. I didnt see this text till now. Thanks for writing. I am doing well. I have had one fill. I think I may call Dr Strom for another soon. How often have you been filled since October? Have you had any soda since your band? if so how did you do?

I do not go to the meetings, maybe I should for support!

I had surgery on the 5th of March. I was so scared, I tried to back out of the whole thing! I thought what the hell am I doing?

A friend of mine really kept me on track. I started out at 260 pre opt I am down to 227.

I gained too much weight with the kids and never lost it.

The hardest part of the surgery was a reaction to the meds and my skin was ichy, I was a littlt sore afterward , it wasnt that bad. take your pain meds and you will be fine.

Two weeks after my surgery my little brother passed away so I had to go down to Virginia...it was difficult for a lot of reasons. I didnt do well with my eating but I am getting back on track.

Just checking in to see how you are doing. When do you have surgery? I go in for my first fill on the 17th of this month. I still can't believe I did this!I have tried everything to keep my weight down. I have been doing well just need to start moving more...ugh!

Sorry it took me so long to respond. Dr Strom was great, I didnt have any problem I started the process in Jan. I have lost about twenty pounds. If you have any questions... if I can help in anyway let me know.
