I was sleeved 9/12 as well and no change in weight for 9 days. The week before that I only lost one lbs so I'm double irked. As for the broccoli question I have eaten it, it just has to be cooked down. I'm pretty much eating normally now but I have not tried salads yet. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm four weeks out and when I am close to full I get really frequent burps. I'm hoping this is temporary as it's annoying to have to belch a bunch of times, I don't want it to happen in public. I can't tell if this is my sign that I'm satisfied or if I ate two much. I have only overdid it twice and was so miserable. I wish I could tell when I was was satisfied.
