As I'm writing this, i see the ad for the brand I am going to recommend - powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. My nutritionist had recommended to try it since it's what they serve in the hospital that I am going to have my surgery in. They aren't too bad. You can order both large containers and sample packets from Amazon which is convenient.

Finally got approved for 100% after writing my appeal letter to insurance. I'm scheduled for Nov. 22. It's the only time I could fit it into my work schedule. Having all kinds of emotions. Excited to finally doing something that won't yo-yo on me. Worried about the surgery. Scared I'll gain it back after I lose it. But my head is right. Going to work hard on this.

I only told my sons and 3 people in my office. I hear comments all the time about oh you look good. You don't need a diet. I just don't want to hear any negative comments about surgery. I guess I'll tell them after it's all over. After all it's my body, my self esteem that counts.

Went to the dr this morning got on the scales that only go to 350 they couldn't get my weight cause I weigh over 350 so the nurse just asked me how much do you weigh it was so embarrassing but the good thing about it the next time I go back I won't have this problem
