    I am about 8 weeks post op and just hit a milestone! I am now officially down 50 pounds! I struggled when I was able to go back to actual food, not to fall back into old habits, but after a 2 week stall, I am back on track and more determined than ever.

    First day back at work.......feeling ok, hope this feeling will last through the day.

      A new day for you....a new beginning....how exciting....natural to be nervous...but you'll likely look back on this day as life changing! Looking forward to hear about your surgery and the journey you are continuing.

      There's nothing wrong with feeling nervous. You'll be fine. Once you get to the hospital you may not even have time for nerves. You'll be busy answering questions, having vitals taken, prepped for the surgery itself, etc.
