  1. Okay guys went for my first doctors visit and i asked him about the cold body feeling. Unfortunately he was baffled he said out of all the patients he has never heard of this or had someone ask him this. He really could not answer but he did tell me what some of you said was to get a heat pad or cover. Sorry guys wish i had more answers. On the plus side i lost 20 pounds since surgery. 7. Wow maybe it is a surgery thing i have checked my suger levels and they have been fine. This morning it did not fully happen to me like in the passed but i still felt cold so i revert back to an old habit presurgery i tucked my hands under my shirt to my belly to try to warm up and usually i can but this time it felt different. I placed my hands on my belly and only felt cold. I moved my hands around but it all felt cold. I slid my hands between my thighs (no judgement please) and that area was warm go figure. I will see the surgeon on the 22nd so ill ask about it if he gives me a straight answer, since he has a dry sence of humor, i will let yall know. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  9. Has anyone ever been awaken in the middle of your sleep by your shivering body. It felt like my insides were frozen. Yet once i woke up it did not take much to warm back up. I was under the covers so that was not the problem. If i had to describe it i would say that i had died and then came back to life when i woke. A little dramatic i know but thats how it feels. I will be talking to the doctor about it just wondering if anyone has had experience with this. Ds or other all thoughts welcomed. Had surgery dec 5 Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  12. Is not stopping and i want to get off already! I always read that this happens with this surgery or from the removal of some pills. I warned my family about it but i guess i was not prepared enough. I get weepy at the slightest things even on the commercials. I can handle weepy but the agitation part makes me feel bad i worked so hard not to become my father and now i turn into him at the drop of a hat. Aaargh! So along with loosing the poundage the feels can get list too. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  15. I know this is really silly but with so much info coming at me at once i cant seem to comprehend what are liquids and what isnt when to wait thirty min and when not too. For instance milk 1 percent fairlife do i wait or not what if i add Protein to it then do i wait or not. Cream Soups with protein powder wait thirty to drink Water or not? Here is another question do all liquids count as for the 64 oz. Per day like tea decaf, or crystal light, i was told anything liquid without a calorie counts. So does that then leave out the milk? Someone educate me please. I have already asked and for some reason i cant seem to understand. Thought i would ask on this thread since it has a lot of traffic i make an original post and it gets overlooked. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  21. Wish i could tell you lol, but i dont keep a scale in the house but from the size of my stomach still being swollen does not seem to be much weight lost. As for my incision sites to my surprise i only have one long one starting just below my breasts i would say it is about 4 inches long and i have two small incisions on each side of the long one. Weird i know but i had a ds , but even for that its really weird but so far so good. Pain is easing up but gas pains still creep up on me lol. Im getting through it just at a pace lol. 22. Well i dont know if you are aware but i had surgery same day as you so i was curious if i was the only one having trouble getting in the Protein. 43 has been where i can get to however yesterday i made 100 protein by mixing Protein shake with fairlife. Had two shakes plus 1/4c cottage cheese i was excited but then later that evening i got the runs ugh. So i have to adjust again lol Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App

  25. So we removed the pain ball and that went really smoothly the tape being so stuck to the skin was the hardest part. However once the tape was gone the binder that has been keeping me all nice and tight keeps sliding up and down so i put a tank top on then the binder seems to help but my skin is really irritated. So here is tmi if you want to stop reading. I urinate daily and have bm's every other day they are loose and gassy. Today though i had a normal bm. That made me happy lol. It's funny how life works. I can't remember if i already mentioned the spotting but that is still happening the nurses in hospital said it is very common with female patients. Now working on creative ways to make it to 80 grams of Protein and getting in my eight cups. I got close yesterday but still working on it with out hurting my self. Anyways that is my update for those that are interested. Oh and pain is quite a bit better i am now able to shift in bed and give my back a break. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
