    I think the majority of us that have decided to get this done love to eat. That's why we're here. Me, I look for that "full feeling" so the way I've decided to look at this is...once my stomach is smaller, I'll choose healthier food and regardless I'll feel full.     My best friend and I are taking this journey together. We've gone to all our appts together and everything. The only thing is that my pcp was slower than hers when it came to paper work so she got a date before me so she gets her surgery TOMORROW! but it's kinda cool cause now I'll know what to expect.     Hi Camacho 933, I too start my diet on Tuesday and surgery date is on the 19!!! ???? I've tried and like the ready to drink premier Protein (all 5 flavors) and the muscle milk vanilla creme.
