Thanks for your post. I am the same after 4 weeks. Im sooooo lathagic. Im worried about it. Not only i cant get much food down but i dont feel like it. I have lost 20 kg in 6 weeks 44 lbs. so i just look at that. My mood is stable and im happy but very weak as well.

Have had gastric sleeve doubt for 10 days I weighed 140 kg two weeks prior to surgery I now weigh 126 kg that is 14 kg loss
