B12 . Calcium cetrate . Multivitamins . I used to be having normal nber before the surgery , but still the Dr. Told me that I should have them after surgery and for life .

That is interesting, keep us updated to see what it tastes. And if it is good I might get one but not now for sure , still 5 days post sleeve surgery , I need couple of weeks ahead

My sleeve surgery was 5 days ago , I had really bad recovery specially the first day . But I passed urine the first night . Two days after I start passing gases , and i am having my Fluid all in . But there is no POOP . why is that ? I need help . And I should be pooping .

I am not sure yet . I am having my vsg in two day on the 19th of October.
If you know this about yourself, then what are you doing to change this? Are you working with a therapist? Are you attending support groups?I am the kinda person who loves to eat and I am afraid that I will continue eating the samw after the surgery and will fail in this step too

We share the same dateSleeve surgery 10/19. BMI is on the lower end at 36. Lost 50lbs 5years ago and have put it all back on. Starting to feel anxious and second guess the decision. Would you do it again?

I asked my doctor about how much you are going to cut off my stomach. He said 50 or 55% only . I thought that is not much . I have heard lots of people saying 80% off . What do you think ???
I think this is so little and it won't do me good . My current weight is 365 lbs

No need for him to know about it . I haven't told my close friends only one , but she is my very best friend that encouraged me to have the surgery done and I asked her not to tell anyone. And I am not thinking of telling any one else . My parents and siblings know but that is all .
And since now you are not staying with him and spending the first couple of weeks with your family. So it shall pass and no one should know . And just say I am on a diet and I had a personal trainer to help me loose the weight.
