  2. Never treat yourself with food. Another thing I learned in class. I'm 12 weeks out now and go by the book and have lost 50 pounds the first 3 months. I recommend just enjoying the holiday without food being the focus.
  3. No sugar for me . I drink the Crystal Light my Doc recommend for a flavor drink .
  4. Those shouldn't ever really be in your diet plan. Did you take classes before hand? I did and we learned all about what should be taken out of your diet permanently to have long term success. Protein always first then vegis and fruits.

  10. Ugh I cant do gyms yuck! I love working out at home. There is great videos. I love Barre, pilates, yoga. Beach Body has some great videos.
  11. Totally normal. I didn't have one for almost 2 weeks. You aren't really eating anything so nothing to come out I suppose . Im 11 weeks out now and still dont have one but maybe every 2 days.

  14. Hi there, can anyone recommend a Multi Vitamin that I can get at a store ? Or Kiaser? I use Bariactric Advantage right now but almost out in 2 days and I have to order them online., Yes me bad waiting till last min.

  20. Mine was at 3 weeks also : ( and I rarely eat over 4oo cal. It sucks, but I'm at almost 10 weeks now and haven't had a stall since.
  21. I tried mixing it like you said with coffee. Huge chunks no mater how hard I tried.

  23. Genepro is all I use. I cant take the other shakes they make me want to gag. Im not sure how you mix it with coffee though as I no longer drink it since surgery. I mix mine with crystal light every morning when I wake up.
