  1. Might exercise more. That would be frustrating tho : (
  2. No chicken for 6 months I was told , I guess it gives everyone problems. I'm 2 and a half weeks now and I try to stay with Eggs, Cheese, Beans and I added spinach to a cottage cheese bake and I did fine with it too. My diet will bump up a month out to add one knew thing at a time as tolerated . Just go by the rules and you will heal much faster. : )
  3. I was on soft foods on week 2 and have tolerated it fine. Eggs, Cheese, Beans etc.
  4. My Doc told me just today I need to walk alot . Its the best thing you can do .
  5. Ive disgust this with my Doc today and the best thing for it is lots of exercise. I was having the same problem.
  6. Don't focus on the scale. Focus on you getting healthy. That's what a nurse I had in the hospital that had the surgery a yr before told me. She looked amazing too.
  7. Oh man I cant wait until Vegis are OK , I hear you.
  8. I'm two weeks out now I wish I could have seafood ha. I'm on a soft food diet only until a month out then I can add seafood. Must be why I'm dropping pounds like crazy. Basically I eat Eggs,Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Yogurt, Split peas. Gets a little boring but that's ok. Its worth it !

  15. Hum Mashed Potatoes seems strange I did nutrition classes for 6 months before my surgery, Mashed potatoes are a No No forever because the are a starchy food .
  16. You'll do great it's a big adjustment . I had mine the day before you . I'm pretty sure all the doctors seem to do a different eating plan but I'm sure they all know what they are doing.   20. Hi there I had my surgery 8 days ago and yesterday and today I'm so dizzy when I stand up. This didn't happen at first . Does anyone know reasons for this ? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. Has anyone bought things at the store? If so did it take long for them to deliver them? I ordered Stuff on Oct 1st and I see they still haven't been shipped.
