Noo motivation

I'm at the gym, over all happy with results so far, just lately no motivation. I'm here today which is better than most days lately. How do you get/stay motivated?

The point is, I wouldn't go to a gym either. I hate them. So find something that is fun and that will make you accountable.

Before surgery when I started in January I was at the gym at least 3 days a week most of the time 4. Even with adding karate in May. I just seem so worn down lately. Not tired or sleepy just worn out. I did get 30 minutes on the treadmill in so that's something.

I agree that going to be gym can be a challenge. Especially if you're like me and you used the gym to punish yourself with exercise in the past.

Martial arts, a dance troupe, a group of rock climbers, hikers, bikers. I think friends and accountability are the way to go.
