Surgery was 12/1/16. Haven't weighed myself since 1 week follow up where I was down 5lbs. Discouraged today, getting sick of liquids, I miss having meals and I'm getting a lot of reflux. Not hungry at all. It's a struggle to get in the Water and Protein every day. Returned to working high stress job three days ago. Thankfully, no more pain. Emotional impact is kicking in though...I think it's the stress from job and family and can't use food for comfort now. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
