  4. I think it will be about an actual 12/14. It's an older style dress. It was funny trying on clothes I got an 18 then was like hmm bet I can go down a size. They were snug but I figure that is the best way to but now because next week they should be perfect Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  5. I was 261 preop before liquid diet. That was mid Sept. I'm 239 22lbs and I'm 3weeks post. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  6. I started in January with a HW 292. I wore a 24 some 26w. 22 was the smallest I owned still and been tucked away in my closet. SW 251 that was 3 weeks ago. Finally decided to go shopping today. Even those too small 24s I swore were cut too small that never fit were too loose. I'm in a 16 jeans and 14/16 top now....Are you kidding me. I haven't seen that since high school and I'm 38. They were a little snug but hey at this rate not for long. I'm so thrilled. Yet I don't see it when I look at me. Tomorrow I try on my wedding dress. It is a 20 but small as wedding dresses are. Getting married in a couple months so I am hoping it's a little small. Sounds weird saying that. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  10. You can do this. Have you had surgery yet? I felt that way when I started in January. It was very hard at first but got easier. It took work though. I am almost 4weeks post op and all my tastes have changed. What I loved for the most part doesn't even bother me seeing people eat around me. Soda was the hardest. It doesn't even cross my mind now. Every lb I lost helped too. HW 292 Preop liquid weight 263 SW 251 Today 239 Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  18. May have to try that. Before surgery my other dr had me on a milk of mag dose daily and weekly dulcolax but this dr doesnt, maybe too harsh on my new tummy. It's hard to explain CES to nurses even Dr's. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  19. I knew it was going to be an issue before surgery, since it has been an issue before. Back injury, issues, and past nerve damage in 2007. Biggest problem is my nurses at the Dr office. They tell me it's common, it's normal. Yes I get that, but I'm not. What works for most doesn't for me. They don't seem to understand. Miralax doesn't work... So my follow-up visit today nurse says just keep using Mira lax and sip sip your Water. Sighs. I have cauda equaina syndrome if anyone is wondering Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

Dr this morning said everyone is different when your body is under stress just to keep doing the right things and the weight will come off. I was worried about the up and down when I ate way less than I ever have. My future step son is 10 a very picky Water and I eat less than him now. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  24. There are so many people from different countries, different surgeons, different eating plans. If people filled out their stats it is easier to give help, because for instance in Australia or U.K. They do not have the products we have. Please fill out your information.,Apparently it hadn't saved. I added again. Not sure if it shows Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
