Straws

I realize it's a no no because of air. 3 Weeks post op Tuesday I forgot it was a no no. Drank better anyone else experience this.

My team said it was a no no because it allows you to drink too much at a time. I used one once when I was driving longer than expected and needed to go through a drive thru for Water. I didn't want to spill so I was really careful to take tiny sips.

I've always used a straw for my Protein shake and my afternoon glass of tea. I haven't had any issues. i just can't drink my premier Protein Shake w/out one.
