  7. My Fitness Pal. Seriously; you will never need any other app. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. No one's looking at you and judging. They're thinking about themselves or possibly worried they're being judged. Just focus on you and be mindful only of what's going on with your body. FTW. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. I use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It's great in soups! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. I tried the baby food and hated it. I have a stick blender I use for almost everything. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. Tofu is great. Just get the firm kind packed in Water, drain VERY well, cut up and freeze it. I usually take frozen pieces, dry fry them and eat them with a boullion and soy sauce dip. Cauliflower sounds good, but if I eat it I can probably blast myself across the Atlantic. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. I got the slimies SEVERAL times. I find that I'm fine if I don't go over two ounces. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. This was delicious! I changed it up with skim milk ricotta and lowfat cheese but it was still amazing! I had to make absolutely sure my servings were no more than 2 oz, though, since it would be so easy to go overboard! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. I didn't get my freak flag flying until I was 34. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. True! Might be more fun to get to an even smaller pair of jeans and do that! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. There's been very little activity there. Dunno why! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Yes. He's more about me doing it though. Bit of a voyeur. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. I found I have a knack for reconstructing clothes. I take my brother's old jeans or things I find at thrift shops and make skirts and purses out of them. Tshirt surgery is also a blast and it's a good way to make stuff fit properly. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. Where do you get Crusha? I'm an American expat in Cambridge and I don't think I've seen it yet! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Don't think about it yet. Just wait and see how you feel. If Tgiving is only a few days after your surgery, you probably won't be too tempted. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. If you haven't worn it in more than five years, sell or donate it. It will be out of style anyway and you'll make room in your closet for newer, better things. Also thrift stores are the BEST. I shopped at them even before I put on weight I love them so much. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. You don't have trouble with gas? That's been my biggest problem since Day 1. I was thinking of adding Benefibre or taking Metamucil, but veggie chili is much more appealing! ETA - I originally said three months out. I meant three weeks. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. Before surgery, my "fat jeans" cut off my circulation. Last weekend I found I can pull them on and off without even undoing them. Off to Goodwill they go! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. I'm 3 weeks in and am just managing to get in all the Protein. I drink Isopure and nectar protein along with the occasional Soup. I tend to hover between 600-800 calories. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
