I resumed swimming after EIGHT months off just 27 days ago.
Here are the distances swum since 18th November. Only one day off thus far. Mondays are purple on my grid.

This back and forth is killing me. I’m at fault! I had bread (commercial) for the first time in 8 months! Not just once, but over the weekend. I woke up on Monday 5lbs heavier and just tossed the bread in the trash. So not worth it!!!
