Happy Almost Christmas Wednesday Weigh-In!!
Big applause to all for checking in and being so mindful. Personally, I find the holidays very TOUGH to stay on target. I am 141 today, up 2 lbs. Running a lot but also not paying enough attention to logging meals.

This run of days over 35C (95F) is meaning lots of extra liquid intake ... BUT, even when it's Water there's some retention problems.
And I notice that after five days with FOUR or more hours of swimming and other cardio before the heat of the day arrives, I'm nibbling an extra 250-300 calories per day.
Hoping that next Wednesday that I'm back on track. (Must be watchful on xmas day. Don't want to eat past my target.)

Had my 6 month check up yesterday. All is well. Even with all the emotional eating I have been doing.
My blood pressure was 103/70 in this super stressful time so I'm pretty happy!
