  8. It's my 11th day since surgery and I was losing weight without exercising but now it's stopped. What type of exercises do you recommend? Should I just walk for now? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. Is it normal that my incision is raised? Like is it gonna turn into a scar and just be raised forever? Surgery was just Monday 9/19 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. I was sleeved 9/19 as well! It only gets better. I definitely think the Protein helps me without me even realizing it. I do try to get up and not let my body get stiff and walk but it can be hard. As for the Water just do your best. It is hard but you'll increase over time so it'll be fine. I also haven't pooped either. My doctor told me to add miralax to my Protein shakes, so we'll see how that goes. However I'm not too worried about pooping. Especially since I've barely eaten! 11. Do you wait 30mins after eating to drink Water? I'm so use to drinking after a meal. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  12. Like is this normal? Today I've had 2 Protein shakes and pudding. It's my 5th day since surgery so I'm still on the liquid diet stage. I will be eating some strained Soup later. It's weird because I'm not use to eating and drinking so frequently. I use to chow down a big meal and not eat for hours then eat another big meal later. I'm not use to these little meals all day long. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I'm not eating "real" food yet. It's soft stuff like pudding and broth. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  15. Is this normal? The hunger is intense when it happens and it's hard to satisfy myself. I have a fear of stretching my stomach and eating too much so I'm really careful with sticking with the 1/2 cup size of food they told me to eat. I also do my Protein Shakes. 16. I had my surgery 9/19. This past Monday. I'm craving coffee or tea!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Which one do you guys prefer? Or any other ones I should know about? I need to start adding them to my Protein shakes because I haven't gone since my surgery on Monday. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. Thank you all! Getting better at it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. I would take a warm blanket and socks. I also brought an extra change of underwear to change into. But I wore the same clothes the whole time. I was too out of it to brush my teeth or anything. Or wear a bra. Big baggy shirts are your friend. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. It's my 3rd day after surgery. I had it Monday 9/19. I can hardly finish one shake everyday and my dietitian wants 3-4 to be drank a day. (Also I'm a little drowsy writing this, excuse any grammar mistakes) Is this normal or do I just need to force it down? Thank you Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. I'm right there with you. This is my third day. My surgery was Monday. I feel pretty bad I'm wondering when it gets better. I can't tell if I'm hungry or not hungry. Or thirsty or not. It's all just confusing right now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
