Thank you for asking. I am 3 months and 1 week and have lost another 20. Total of 70.

  2. I can't understand why you weren't given any info. My do says to eat 60-90 grams of Protein a day. That helps you feel full so you won't want the other stuff. Use Protein shakes or bars. Premeir Protein had both and pure protein. Drink lots of Water. If that's hard try Vitamin Water or sobe. Orange and straw/kiwi are my favorite. Tea is also like water. Hot or cold.

  3. I had issues with gas in the hospital but I am 2.5 months out and feel amazing. You have to remember that this is not a quick fix. This is a life changing thing. I would do it again if I could. I also lost 91 pounds in my own and gained all but 11 back. I hurt my knee and couldn't walk as much and needless to say will power just left. Think hard about it first but if you decide to do it, I think it's worth it. Just research and get all the facts.

  4. I had lots of gas in stomach but walking helps a lot. I didn't have any pain the first week. The second week wasn't pain but you can feel your stomach muscles rebuilding. It feels like if you do too many crunches. When my stomach muscles were sore (but not painfull) I also it felt in between my shoulder blades. It could have been gas too. If you don't have a heating pad, get one. I would lay on it and it soothed my back which helped my stomach. Or stand in a hot shower and let Water hit your back. The heat helps. It did for me.

  5. I had my surgery 8/29/16. You do go through an emotional rollicoaster. Even now with learning my new stomach sometimes it gets emotional. I was blessed. My boss and all my Co workers are behind me. I told them because I stayed out a few weeks so they would have wondered where I was. But the reaction people gave me when I was returned was priceless. Still figuring out that I can't eat that one last bite sometimes. But overall I am down 34 pounds and feel great. Have about another 70 to go.
