  1. I've had two different 2-3 week stalls since my sleeve was done January 11th. HW was 251, SW was 241. But in all I've lost 54 pounds and am now in Onederland! My first stall broke when I added a few more calories I wasn't eating enough. Give it time your body is adjusting and if you're exercising you'll need to continue to adjust. Be patient with yourself...
  2. LOL, I weigh once a week every Tuesday. It has helped me focus when I don't feel like exercising [emoji3]
  3. I was sleeved on January 11th by Dr. Iliana (sp?) in Tijuana. It was an amazing experience, the doctor's, staff, valets were great. Was able to walk around Tijuana a little after being released from the hospital on Friday and spent the day walking around the mall in San Diego today. Heading home tomorrow. Get up and walk ASAP to help get rid of the gas and you'll be fine! Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  4. Thank you @@MamaSill! Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~

  8. I am just outside of DC. My sleeve is January 11th. I'd be happy to share when I'm back home. I also need to find a local doctor for my post-op care, so I may need referrals from you all. Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  9. I found a body pic to aspire too and made it my screensaver and put a picture of myself at 21 on my fridge, keeps me motivated when I want to go off the program. It's just not worth it to me anymore. Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  10. Increase your Protein that helped me. I'm on day 11 of my pre-op. Surgery on the 11th! Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  11. I haven't told anyone except my 3 BFFs (one who is my companion to Mexico), and my new beau. I told my job I had to have a medical procedure without details because it's not their business. I will tell my Mom when I return but I don't want her to worry. Tell who you want and others will assume you're just losing weight. Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  12. That's great, @@magnificent2015! I've been a little nauseous this morning, but hoping that passes soon... Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  13. Good luck! Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  14. How's everyone that started PreOp doing? I started today, wasn't too bad, until early evening. I had chicken broth and Jello and took a nap until my stomach woke me up LOL. I'm most dreading the caffeine headache but I've been slowly weaning for the last week, so, so far so good. Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~
  15. I start tomorrow. My diet lists plain yogurt in a smoothie only, as long as I stay within my daily calorie limit. Pray, Speak, Do! ~Meesh~

  18. My surgery is in January, but I decided to work on changing my eating now, so it's not so hard later. You can do it!
  19. I sometimes watch it with my kids so they can also see what poor eating habits can do.
  20. Welcome! I'm also a few months out. I suggest the book on the BariatricPal website on the Sleeve, it's been helpful for me to read as I'm preparing. Good Luck!
  21. It's my understanding that not all surgeons use a pre-op liquid Protein diet, so don't worry. You'll be fine! Cheering for you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
