  1. I'm 4 weeks post VSG and was getting very light headed and my blood pressure was very low (70/55) so I was checked back in to hospital and had four litres of Fluid pumped in to me as I was also dehydrated, so I would suggest to speak with your GP or surgeon to have a check up. I was also struggling to get 1.5 litres in every day, but having just been back in hospital for two days I am making it a priority. Good luck.

  2. Looking good BD and thanks for the continued updates. I'm on CPAP and I find the nasal pillow (Resmed N10) to be sensational over a full face mask. My pressures are 7min and 14high and I find this to be perfect. I'm now 131kg so I'm really hoping to get rid of my machine when I hit my target weight of 85kg. I'm being sleeved in December so stay tuned for the updates from the hospital cheers

  4. I know how you feel, I've always been the one they call "Big Guy" and it's not a nickname I have enjoyed, I'm also not getting great support from my family as they are focused too much on the risks rather than the return, but we're working on that.

I'm booked in for VSG in December and I have written a list of reasons I'm doing this, kids, health etc.

I've also taken up one of my great passions again, photography and I've found that having a hobby has taken away some of the reasons I consumed food just because it was there, I was bored I suppose.

So in December I will right this wrong and I have enrolled in cooking classes as well to help me make more health conscious decisions and hopefully they taste OK as well

Good luck and I'll follow your journey with great interest so chat soon

    Regards
