  1. What a massive transformation BD from page 5's images, you must be over the moon.....I'm down almost 50kg's since Dec 2 2017 so I still have another 15kgs to go to get to my target, but you sir are an inspiration and a motivation to others that with hard work and good eating great things can be achieved.....well done BD.
  2. I am 3 months post op and have bad back pain and shoulder pain. I agree with the above that it's the body getting used to the weight loss. I take tramadol when it gets too bad that I can't sleep. Well done on your loss that's a massive effort Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  4. Oh man that's no good, I am for weeks post op and was just readmitted for low blood pressure and dehydration and I had for lites of Fluid pumped in to me and I was suffering from dehydration and I had four litres of fluid pumped in to me. I still feel rough but nowhere near as someone who just had stones removed. Good luck your recovery and have a great new year. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  7. Good luck and I'd go for Isopure post op as it's got great Protein (40g) and tastes pretty good. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  8. I had a drain for three days post op and it was removed on the day I checked out of hospital, it's not a fun experience having it removed, but a small victory once it's out....... Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  9. I'm 4 weeks post VSG and was getting very light headed and my blood pressure was very low (70/55) so I was checked back in to hospital and had four litres of Fluid pumped in to me as I was also dehydrated, so I would suggest to speak with your GP or surgeon to have a check up. I was also struggling to get 1.5 litres in every day, but having just been back in hospital for two days I am making it a priority. Good luck. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  16. I was sleeved on Friday morning and have had nausea and vomiting since then, they say I might be able to go back to nexium tomorrow so hopefully that will improve the situation. I'm a bit over whelmed at the moment but I'll get there. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  20. Looking good BD and thanks for the continued updates. I'm on CPAP and I find the nasal pillow (Resmed N10) to be sensational over a full face mask. My pressures are 7min and 14high and I find this to be perfect. I'm now 131kg so I'm really hoping to get rid of my machine when I hit my target weight of 85kg. I'm being sleeved in December so stay tuned for the updates from the hospital cheers Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  22. I have to do 3 weeks on Optifast as per my surgeons instructions as he wants the liver as small as possible. I look at this as the last diet I'll go on so I am all in....and it will get me used to the decreased volume of food for the future and will hopefully lead to a faster and less painful recovery. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
