I'm almost 4 weeks out on soft food stage. I had to go to Mexico cause my insurance didn't cover. Had to do a lot of research. Everyone calls him Dr. A. He is one of the top Bariatric doctors in the world. It was a great experience. But know that I'm eating more substance I feel like a have something caught in my chest a lot. I'm trying to figure out if I'm eating to fast or to much or what. No one answered here so I guess I will email my Dr. I've lost 20 pounds since surgery. No predict cause my BMI was not quit 32. It's not super easy but it's worth it. A lot of the problems are in our heads. It's an adjustment. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
