Mondays suck. It's a grey rainy one here in DFW, and I'd rather be curled up in bed with a good book.

I'm strangely Hyped this morning. I hired a personal trainer and my fisrt session is today. I'm nervous because I've never had anyone push me when I excersise but I'm excited to see faster resullts

@KristenLe yeah! I've tried Protein Ice (42g), Isopure(40g), and Integrated Supplements (20g - wayyy to sweet) but i cant seem to keep any of them down. so for now I'm sticking to Premier.

im 2 weeks out, does anyone get this choke feeling when eating puree? it almost hurts that im scared to eat anything else

They're not as runny, more like mash potatoes consistency.
I actually bought baby food (banana flavor) and I had no problem.
I will go buy baby spoons tomorrow, I forgot my Dr. recommended it.
yes today 9/8/16 was my first day on puree so I hope it was because I haven't ate solids in weeks.
I hope my stomach gets use to it or l'll call my Dr soon.
