Peeing
You all have me worried. I have been practicing drinking over 64oz a day and I feel like I'm in the bathroom every other 5 minutes. If it's worse after surgery I'm going to have to bed down in the bathroom with some good books. ???? LOL Sent from my KFTHWI using the BariatricPal App

Surgery incisions, location
I have read that the largest incision is on the left side. Is it higher, like under the breast area or lower, more toward the waist? Just curious about the wearing of a bra after surgery when you are fairly large on top and/or irritation from your waistband. Sent from my KFTHWI using the BariatricPal App

What Was Your Final "straw That Broke The Camels Back"
The bigger they are the harder they fall, right? Well at 60 I fell hard. Spent a week in an orthopedic trauma center having my humorous put back together with a plate and 13 screws. The scar is about 15 inches long and had close to 60 staples. Scared me out of my wits! I already had diabetes and other weight related issues and this made me feel so old and vulnerable. I want to live to be 100. I want to be a great grandma. My daughter has 6 year old twins so I have to pass 80 to get my wish. I'm going to lose 100 so I can kiss my great grand children at my centennial birthday bash! CW 227 5'5" 61yrs

Waiting on insurance approval & I've gained weight [emoji30]
I did that the minute after I decided to get the sleeve. I just ate everything that was within reach for about 3 weeks. I just snapped out of it and getting the 5 added pounds off. Don't be too hard on yourself. CW 227 5'5" 61yrs

Pre-op liquid diet: crashed!
Fat stores hormones so as you lose weight - you can often get a flood of hormones released. It can cause some moodiness and often an increased libido. Have fun! ????Does this generally happen within a certain predictable timeframe? CW 227 5'5" 61yrs I believe during the rapid weight loss period. I don't think it happens with everyone.Thank you so much for this information. I don't think I've come across this in any of my other reading so far. CW 227 5'5" 61yrs

Pre-op prep, mental and physical
What kinds of things did you do prior to surgery that you found most helpful? What kinds of things do you wish you had done, but didn't? For example, I'm trying to take smaller bites and chew more. Until I started packing attention I didn't realize how large my bites were. It's been a real eye opener. CW 227 5'5" 61yrs

Costs resulting from WLS
If you ladies haven't tried LuLaRoe clothes you might want to look into. They are super comfy (think pajamas), stylish, versital, reasonably priced and you can wear one size for quite awhile as you shrink. CW 227 5'5" 61yrs
