  7. You see what you want to see honey. I don't kick people when they are down, but I also will not lie to you and say what you want to hear when you are doing things that are harmful. When I am fortunate enough to to be post-op I will follow all the rules because I've been reading and researching this process for months and I know the rules are there to keep me safe. I do no lie to myself and I don't make excuses. I do occasionally make mistakes. I do not say "I can't" I say I will try. I'm sorry you think I'm mean. You aren't the first and you won't be the last. If you are really interested in what I post then stick around because you might find out I'm a huge cheerleader and believer in the power of positive thinking. Your success is up to you. No surgery or other person can define your success. It is all on you. You are in control. May you have a wonderful journey of self discovery and weight loss. 16. Ladies, do you not understand that what you are doing is dangerous? You can land yourself in the hospital with major complications. This isn't just a physical journey. The mental part is the real struggle. If you can't get control of relationship with food when it is dangerous to eat what are you going to do when you are able to eat regular food? Why did you get the surgery? Do you want to succeed? Do you want to be slim and healthy? Don't make excuses. Do something else. Call a friend. Go for a walk. Hit a punching bag. But DO.NOT.EAT unless you have been cleared to do so by you doctor. Sent from my LGLS992 using the BariatricPal App
