    I'm due to have band to bypass on tues 22nd Nov. I will be on stage 1 liquid for two days and then stage 3 pureed food up to week 4. I just can't get my head around putting food into a raw pouch. The thought of having to eat or trying to eat afterwards terrifies me. Anyone else feel the same? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Day 3 here in U.K. I started with the milk diet. 3 pints of milk and two yogurts daily but I just couldn't choke it down so I've a food diet. Far far better. I've lost 5lb so far Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. I'm having reversal from band to RNY on 22nd Nov. I start the milk diet on Monday and am allowed 3 pints of milk and 2 yogurts daily. The problem is that I hate (with a vengeance) yogurt. Do you think it would be ok to have a non dairy no sugar coconut yogurt (made from coconut milk) instead? I'm beginning to feel nervous too. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
