Oct 10 is my big day I'm so happy I can't believe it I'm starting today clear Soup and shakes Protein to get me started and on track with lemon and Water also pray for me.

Hi it's a life change and when I started trying to loose 12 pds I stayed in the house I was not strong enough to go out it was the hardest for me my day 10/10 I have lost 19 already but don't feel bad not going with them until u r strong enough then go and u will get there

Hi I'm going to tell you why it is a great tool first I'm a diabetic I look at it like this loose some of my stomach or loose a leg I don't want to be on meds the rest of my life so I'm going to use this tool good luck to u and ur decision

I suggest u have the surgery the reason why is u might gain it bk dealing with weight its a struggle just use the tool because u already on the rt track don't let this tool pass u by
