Ask your doctor. Many here love it, at my first consult with nutritionist this place wants you on pill or liquid (she said a lot of people hate liquid cuz of iron--unless you do separate iron). They highly recommend Centrum Adult because it has Iron for first six months. I checked Sam's had good price for them too. Good luck...nice happy pic
