  10. Hi everyone I just got a call from my bariatric team. My surgery is February 9th. I could of had it on Jan 12th but my best friends 50th b-day weekend is 1/20 - 1/23. I decided that will be my last party weekend. I'll start my pre-op diet on the 25th. I'm excited, scared and more excited. Lol My 50th b-day is March 30th.   11. Are you drinking enough Water? Try drinking water when hunger pain comes. Wait 15 min and ask yourself if you really are hungry? If so eat an approved snack. I haven't had my surgery yet.   12. I gained weight (about 10#'s) to qualify for surgery. I have been bouncing around 240 and 220 for over 2 years. I was at 243 at the my first visit to bariatric department. 238 when I met with surgeon. He gave me a surgery goal weight of 227. I am currently at 225.1. I am now waiting for surgery date.   13. You need to remind yourself why you had major surgery. You've been through so much. Put that junk that you are stuffing in your face in the trash and to the curb. If it's not in the house you can't eat it. You've got to get yourself together and back on track. I highly recommend a therapist. Couldn't live without mine You can do this.   23. I made surgery goal weight Oct 1st. I only have one more required class them I should be cleared for surgery. I am currently 3#'s below required surgery weight. I have a shake for Breakfast and a high protien lunch. dinner is whatever I want. I weigh daily to be sure I'm not gaining. I know with the pre-op diet I will lose some more.   25. I'm with Kaiser. My surgeon told me that any pill that is smaller than a pencil eraser does not have to be crushed. I'm on wellbutrin XL and he said I don't have to crush them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
