    Kinda Worried

I would find another doctor. You need to feel that your doctor is going to treat you with same care as someone bigger. Do you feel comfortable with him? Do you feel he can address your concerns without criticism? If the answer is no then look elsewhere. This is a major decision in your life and you are going to need all the support you can get including your dr.

    Kinda Worried

I agree.. I am lucky that my Dr was all for it because of my diabetes. My bmi was only about 32. I just had surgery on 8/31
  3. So I had my lapband done about 5 years ago. Shortly after I ended up pregenant. I've only had 1 filling when I first got surgery. Stop because the pregnancy but never went back. So I have finally decided to get back on my game and on track. I around the same size I was when I had gotten pregnant, now I want to get back on track with the weightloss. So its been a long while! What are good protein shake and other items of food recommeded. I want to start replacing some meals with shakes. Also any other advice is welcomed.
