Today is one month post-op for me. I lost 21 pounds this month, and 120 pounds total. I still have 2 more weeks of medical leave to concentrate on this full-time. Onward!
And it gets easier, it really does. Follow your plan, learn how to incorporate it into your day-to-day life, and you will continue the success you've had so far!
