Had scrambled eggs for the first time post-op today. It went down just fine and there were no problems. Thank goodness! This is a big step toward "normalizing" eating a little bit.
Had a second scrambled egg just now. Again, no problems. I don't think it is possible to articulate how happy I am that eggs are back in my life. One week until salmon!!!
