Today (Day 2 at home after surgery) we got out of the house and went to Sam's Club and the grocery store. I have been sipping water and powerade zero all day and will get to 32 oz by the end of the day. I've had 1/2 cup of beef broth with some unflavored protein powder. So far, so good.
