I love Water, but sometimes it get hard or boring, so I use Ocean Spray Cran- Pomegranate. It's sugar free & I freeze it until it gets slushy. Sooooooo good! Crystal Light is good for flavor too!

Thank you everyone! I got sleeved 8 22 16 left side is sore and I'm struggling getting in all of my liquids but I am happy I got it done. I'm also thankful that I am surrounded by people who truly support me. I've moved on from the negative ones. A real lesson learned.

Hi kayfreeatlast, Congrats and good luck on your upcoming surgery. I know what you are going through in regards to your husband. My husband is being supportive only because I've made my decision and I'm not changing my mind. I hated to be so harsh, but I told him he can either get on board with my decision or sit back and watch. This train is taking off either way!! Of course he'd prefer if I lost weight without surgery. He doesn't think I need it. However, he now understands that I need his support in order to make this transformation successful (after meeting my surgeon). My brother in law is giving me a hard time. He's trying very hard to prove his point that I don't need the surgery. He told me that I was being selfish. I told him, he is right about me being selfish. For the first time in a long time, I'm putting me first. I need to take care of me in order to take care of my daughter. If that's being selfish, then so be it.

I had sleeve Surgery 8/16 and am 5 days out. I have pain under my left breast every time I sip on something,I had a hernia repair and feel like the pain is from that and not my sleeve. I am only up to about 10 oz a day of Fluid. I have no nausea or other pain but I am starting to get weak. Has anyone else had this problem??
