    Hello guys and gals.....I need HELP>>>...my eating is ...well ok I will call it out of control......Im still searching for a nutritionist to help me learn this new life that I have decided to get on board with...but no luck yet....but I need easy stuff......I dont really cook and dont have a lot of time either to cook....so can you guys give me some stuff that will give me some variety...I cant afford to get another fill for a couple of months and plus I dont think I may need one, just need to focus on what im eating...... UGGGHHHH...i feel sooo frustrated about this....I feel like Im not doing this right...and hate it......I want to loose again..... I work hard to get in my water....and I have the exercising down to a pat...with a trainer as well,,,,its my eating I need help with.... Please anything

    24 Hour Fitness anyone?

    Well I am a member of Fitness Connection...and Love it....I felt the same way about what people would think of me there...but when I see people like me...I think good job!! I also got me a personal trainer and love every minute of it.......

    yeeeahhhh...i finally did the water.........Hope everyone is doing good today!! Still not posting weight...actually Im going to weigh tonight to see what I am.........Im thinkin no to a loss and no to a gain, but....I will get my butt in gear soon......still working out so we'll see.......... Congrats to everyone on weigh in day....lost or no gain.....keep your heads up and stay strong..."We can do it"

    food diary

    WOW.....100lbs in six months!! Im down 86lbs in 1 1/2......my goal was 130lbs lost....so im still working a 1 1/2 later.....that does seem much, but I guess we are all different....I know Im willing to learn to eat better but Im not going to cut all the good stuff out completly..if so we wouldnt need the band......you have to learn moderation for sure....I know I dont eat like I did pre-band, but I also dont always do protein and veggies....

Well for me...I was just a junk food eater/bad eater......I never ate too healthy....it was always fast food is quicker in my life....but now...even though im still learning the whole eating healthier part...the band has helped me a TRENDMENDOUS amount...I have lost aprox.86 pounds and now I work out everyday(5days) and have a personal trainer 3 days a week....plus I feel better about myself....trust me you do have to learn the "healthy habbits" but I can almost bet we all stray every now and then and will eventually but the band will keep you in control in my opinoin....no matter what just remember it a "Tool" for us to use to Help us not do it for us.....It definitly is a learning process no matter who you are........

    HELP!! Sabotaging Myself With Booze!!!

    GO STRAIGHT TO TEQUILLA!!! LOL Im kidding....I too am young and go out occasionally....ok every weekend...but I try to keep under a certain amount of alcohol when I do drink it...I dont always win this battle but the only solution is for us to stop drinking it!!! LOL...I know it seems hard, but in the end we will be the ones that are looking good.....so my advice....dont know if it is good advice or will help but stay away from the alcohol monster.......or at least try to cut WAY back..... Try a vodka and diet sprite.......thats what i drink...I can drink those and the carbonation doesnt bother me........

    Well I would be interested in doing another one, I had a good time shopping and sending as well as recieving. This was my first exchange on here and I was fortunate enough to have no problems. I do agree with the fact that before you sign up please stop and think about others and how you would feel participating in this and not recieving something back.....you should want to participate fully and 100%...... I feel aweful for those that did not recieve..Im sorry to hear that some were forgotten.....

    dianechef: Oh i completely know where you are coming from...Im going thru the same thing still to this day.... for me I look at myself in the mirror and see change but dont think its good enough..people will compliment me on how great I look and say "thank you" but do I really feel like I look better? I do believe this will do a good one on our "heads".....it is for me....but Im getter better...I made a photo album (small) of some pics of me before and the day of and just as i have changed and I look at them for inspiration and to help me see that I have changed and this time it is permenant!!! You know we are here if you need us...even though most dont have doctor in our names!!! *hugs* p'nut- YES...please add me to the challange list...I will try my best to be stong at making the most points!!! It is definitly hard though..... Oh yeah...i go to my trainer tonight again and I will step on that aweful scale before I start and see where it leads me and then post tonight....be afraid scale....boy if it hasnt changed I tell you......I dont know what Im going to say or do...!!! Of course I will come here for support!! going to check out your photos so I can see...I just recently posted mine too.....check it out!!! Triciak- LOL...me too still have my shape and love my curves....they are smaller curves but still have them.....my belly is nothing compared to the "ham hocks" i have LOL.....I have junk in my trunk...so that is what Im working on ...oh yeah and my chubby arms.....got to loose those things as well......
