    Sleeve or DS

What about rny? Not as drastic as ds but a bit more effective than the sleeve. I weighed 281 at my Rny surgery on 8/8/16 I now weigh 204. That's a 77lb. Loss in less than 5 months. I needed to lose about 140 to 150lbs. I'm half way there. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

    Protein bars

I ate them when I was allowed to eat solid foods. I hate Protein shakes so they help me get my protein in. They taste better when you refrigerate them. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

    Rny? Or sleeve?

I'm your age too. I chose Rny because I had acid reflux and because Rny is the gold standard. I wanted the dumping aspect as well. I needed to lose about the same amount of weight as you. I've lost 72 lbs since my surgery 4 months ago. I'm about half way to my goal. I have had no complications so far. The best decision I ever made. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
