The Dr.likes you to loss bc it shrinks your liver& it's easier for them to get to your stomach. That's what my dr. Told me anyways!!!!

My insurance only required me to do the six months supervised diet but it didn't required me to lose any weight as long as i went every month with out missing any appointments...

My doctor said 10lbs but I lost 30lbs. I don't think it's really a requirement but I think it's a test to see if you can stick to a diet...

My insurance requires a 3 month medically supervised diet. I don't need to lose a specific amount, just not have any gains. My dotor, however, said to shoot for losing 5lbs a month. I'm almost done with my first month and I'm down 10lbs, so I hope this lasts 2 more months!
