Kicking the sodas is hella hard!! Ive been drinkin loads of Water with limes and lemons. My skin is doing soooo much better. Good luck, if I can kick em, you surely can!!

Same here. My last nutritionist appt is january 19th so I guess Im looking at a february or March surgery date

Wow thank you. Do u still have severe reflux? I am def working on my diet and actually chewing my food. Surprises me how full I get now. Never know how slowing down while eating was so important. How was your pain after surgery?

So today I had my consultation with my surgeon today and everything went great. I thought I had my mind set on the sleeve but the dietician said go with the bypass so thats what I'll be doing. I went straight to the market to buy healthy foods since I start my 6months of nutrition classes next month. Seems like forever but I know I know that it'll be worth it [emoji4]
