    Wow thank you. Do u still have severe reflux? I am def working on my diet and actually chewing my food. Surprises me how full I get now. Never know how slowing down while eating was so important. How was your pain after surgery? Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

    So today I had my consultation with my surgeon today and everything went great. I thought I had my mind set on the sleeve but the dietician said go with the bypass so thats what I'll be doing. I went straight to the market to buy healthy foods since I start my 6months of nutrition classes next month. Seems like forever but I know I know that it'll be worth it [emoji4]
