RICE!! I didn't always eat too much of it, but after sleeve can barely eat one tablespoon of it. -
Hope you are doing better. Be patient. Your stomach has to learn to adjust to its new much smaller size. Also, check with your doctor. I'm 13 months out and still have days that my stomach won't handle much. You will get to know your limitations. Hope the best for you.
