I was lucky in that I hardly had any pain. I can relate to a day of uncomfortable Constipation - after only one half dose of pain killer. Give that up if you can
Celebrated two year with band a few weeks ago. Down 143lbs. No longer diabetic and no longer high blood pressure. Life is good!

I'm type 2 and when my sugar gets low I want to pass out all the damn time. I'm on a 3 week pre op liquid diet (6 more days to go) and I eat a bowl of cream of wheat with a dash of vanilla extract and that helps me last through the night and not make me pass out before my morning Protein shake.

My insurance just approved me today. So excited. Waiting to hear from the Dr. to schedule a date. Overweight my entire life. Now I have diabetes and I made the decision. Any tips are very welcomed
