I've made these before and they are good. You can switch up all ingredients too. 4 Scoops of vanilla protein powder (about 1/3 cup a scoop) I use Pure Protein vanilla 1/4 cup almond butter (fresh ground nothing added or any nut butter) 2 tablespoons french vanilla Torani sugar free syrup 1/4 cup organic coconut flour combined with a little flaxmeal 1/8 -1/4 cup Freeze dried rasberries then smash (I got these at Target) A small handful of rolled oats About 3 tablespoons water. Add one at a time until you get a really stiff dough. Press out on parchment paper big enough to cut into 5 bars Wrap in parchment and refrigerate about 30 minutes. I had a doctor that did not support WLS so I switched to a doctor that did. I found my surgeon on my own then told my PCP that I was doing it and she was fine with it. I have anthem, my first consultation was 4/29/16. Did you have to go through the 6 months with a dietitian?
